Oh, absolutely agree! It is near impossible to get a client to understand
that your app is working perfectly when their network is a mess. Clients
have bought into the "simple and easy!" pitch of computer hardware
manufacturers and big box stores to think they can just unbox a bunch of
parts and plug them in and have a robust, secure and reliable office
network.

They wouldn't expect to run their own electrical, plumbing or A/C, but
computers are easy, right?
