I use it exclusively for business, actually. But alas, I don't use a special headset. I checked them all out a few years ago and was unimpressed with the cost and reviews. I just speak into the laptop, and use plain old headphones for the speakers (otherwise the other party gets echoes).
On the tablet, I just speak into the mic, and use the built-in speakers - no headphone. The quality is actually far better than on the laptop, for all parties.
I've been watching this thread with interest to see if it's time to start checking out the options again. :-)
