You can't beat that price for reliable storage. I wonder about using it for a web site? I don't think so.

I have 100gb with Webfaction (recommended on this list years ago). It cost about $10/month. I have many different web sites running on it. In addition to web sites, I use it for long term backup. It is based on Linux. they have Python and others available if you want. I have not used any programming on any web sites yet - other than what you can do with http.
