or * This gives max length and 2 x decimal places MyBranch=transform(numericfield, "@rl 999,999.999") or * Using Str() function to convert from number to a string nLength = 10 nDP=2 MyBranch=Alltrim(Str(numericfield,nLength, nDP) There are lots of other ways also but these are the most common ones.
