Unless I'm not thinking straight here, I think CDO scripts self buffer and set
themselves up into a separate thread. As VFP is single threaded then the fact
that you return to VFP should mean that the mail is being processed and you can
continue sending the next one...

Subject: CDO Mail

I have a form which sends an email using CDO. Sending one email is no problem,
but I want to extend the app's functionality by using a form to send bulk
emails from a table. Retrieving the email addresses is no problem but I need to
know that one email has been sent before I compose the next one.

I've looked at the PEMs for the CDO class but can't see anything obvious.
I've noticed that the screen cursor changes to an hourglass during the sending
but I can't go into a wait state until it changes back. I thought of DOEVENTS
FORCE, but I'm not sure if that would help.

Any ideas welcome.

Laurie
