I completely agree that dates should be meaningful but I wanted to show the
inconsistency between the DATE(yyyy,mm,dd) function and constructing a date
literal using {^}. Incidentally, I believe that the months Sextem and
Septem (now called July and August) were so named in the reign of
Constantine.
