If you really thought it's the batch file...

Why don't you just create a new batch file complete with all the
parameters in it,
then execute it from your Foxpro program as usual!

If that failed, that meant the batch file, even with needed parameters, just
wouldn't work, regardless of how parameters were passed to it!
