Guys,
Any help on running the "fast machine patch" on FPW 2.6 would be
appreciated.

Problem:
I have standard FPW2.6 installation disks as well as the add on development
kit. I have just installed both into c:\fpw26 no problems. Obviously FPW
doesn't load and comes up with the "divide by zero error".

I have the patch (Patch26.exe) as well as the upgrade files to upgrade to
2.6a. When I run the patch which says it has run successfully and still the
problem occurrs. The date/timestamp on the FPW files it has said it has
patched doesn't change neither does the file size and I'm just wondering

1. Why hasn't it worked? (nothing seems to have changed even though the
patch says update successful)
2. Do I have the correct patch file? (I downloaded this one along with the
2.6a update from Microsoft years ago)
3. Am I following the correct procedure as the readme instructions with the
patch file are vague to say the least.

I've never needed to do this patch before as I haven't needed to run FPW for
years and years but something has cropped up which needs me to write an FPW
".exe" and I'm struggling.
