Seeing as how this is an above-average tech-savvy group, and since I'm having no luck anywhere else I've searched...

Anyone ever hear of a way to search for something you've seen on a web page in the last X days?

For example, if you stumbled across an article about Abraham Lincoln a couple days ago, but you don't remember the website or anything other than a snippit of text...

In other words, is there a way, or a utility, that would go through your browser history, connect to the pages in the history of URLs, and then search the content of those pages for a text string you specify?

I've been looking through add-on apps for Chrome and Firefox and haven't found anything even close. Ah well, there's always the manual method...
