The last one is the only one that matters as it's cumulative. Considering it was released 5 years ago I would think that we all had ample opportunity to grab a copy. It's not even an installer; you have to manually overwrite 4 files. If anyone needs a copy let me know and I'll be happy to send it on. I'd send it up to Ed's download area but no doubt there's some non-technical reason why I shouldn't do that.
