I think over 90% of the comments I saw in tech communities on the new
flat look of the Windows UX was negative. Flag, bland, confusing, etc.
I agree. It's like they outsourced it to some 3rd world nation who just
discovered Windows 3.1. "OOoh, look at these great CGA colors!!!!"
