I've found Refresh() followed by AutoFit() works best. One gotcha is that AutoFit() adjusts column widths based on the visible part of the grid. If the column values differ greatly in length, you will find incorrectly sized columns somewhere. The only way I've found to adjust the column width when this happens is to click between the column headers. I don;t think this can be done programmatically.
