There is vast difference between a revolution or a war than a single criminal 
act. I am surprised that "everybody" didn't see the difference.

I am not typical of America and you are not typical of "the rest of the 
world". I didn't say that you, or anyone else envied *me*. The typical "rest 
of the world" person looks at the people who create our television images, 
all millionaires, considers them typical Americans and envies them. You know 
that.
