Thanks for responses.

Instead of creating a pdf, I created a JPG, then a BMP, then a PNG
With all 3, the email was not received at all.

When I tried a Gif file, it was received, but you couldn't open it.

In every instance, the file on the senders pc was perfect.

It seems crazy that in this age, we still have this type of nonsense.
I have withdrawn my support for using Windows Live in my software.
