I agree. Cursors and SCATTER NAME are incredible features. Combine SCATTER NAME and COMPAREOBJ and it is a great way to determine if the user has edited values, and to control how much data is sent back to the database.

In Xojo, where I spend a lot of my programming time, I've created a RecordSet to Dictionary set of methods to help replicate this type of functionality.
