Whilst playing around with my first multi screen VFP app on Windows 7 using the
full monitor(s) area under program control, I discovered that in the Windows
screen setup where windows shows you your two screens (you can change res and
identify each monitor) you can actually drag the second monitor up or down to
modify the "0,0" origin. I discovered this purely by mistake as when I dragged
a window from one screen to the next it mysteriously dropped down on the screen
despite both screens being the same resolution. This is great where you may
have two screens with different resolutions as you can set them up so that
dragging a object doesn't make it suddenly appear on the second monitor at a
peculiar lefel!

On VFP things, is there any reason why with Win 7 64 bit with a TV connected as
a second monitor set 1080p you cannot force a window to appear on the TV by
default. It works with 2 x proper monitors but not with the TV ... connected
through VFA port/HDMI adapter to the video card. Trying to force toe window
onto the TV results in it being positioned on the primary monitor .... from
where you can drag it over to the second monitor no problem.

I'm using sysmetric(1) and Sysmetric(1) for screen width/height. I remember
that quite recently there was a discussion regarding windows placement with VFP
but I can't remember the details or whether this was discussed.
