I am writing some instructions on using email for a friend. To illustrate the instructions I am using screenshots which I generate by pressing PrtSc or Alt+PrtSc then pasting into Paint Shop Pro for cropping or directly into the Word 2010 document. I'm finding that the screenshots are not as sharp and clear as I would like - can anyone recommend a better method? My screen resolution is 1920x1080.
