To elucidate - for example I had a site last year getting this error
continually, they had some HP printer shared off their server and on the
client machines had connected to it. In this scenario, when you go to
print the driver should be downloaded from the server to the local PC if
not already present, however for some reason it was re-installing it
continually every time they printed to this printer. What I did instead
was (on each client PC) map an LPT port to the server printer, then
manually install a *local* printer using the PCL5e driver and with the
mapped LPT port selected. They have not had this spooler message since.
