1. set up a Dropbox account (1Gb Free) and give each person an access link to their own spreadsheet
or 2. set up an FTP share folder and download a copy of Netdrive (http://www.netdrive.net) freeware version which allows you to map an ftp connection to a drive letter and then they can use the spreadsheet just as though it is off a PC drive. Only one option springs to mind which is to have three seperate spreadsheets that combine into a fourth consolidated one. I need to share this online however I have looked at google drive but that doesn¹t appear to allow me to share the file for them to access with excel unless they are all logged on with the same google id (if not it forces you to use google docs to open it). Is there a file sharing that will keep 4 spreadsheets ( < 100 mb in total) allow easy access for editing i.e. It can sit inside windows explorer as a share? Finally I¹m doing this for our local scouts who have absolutely no money at the moment but who would benefit from it immensely.. i.e. it¹s a not for profit so cheap -> free is good.. Thanks in advance Adam.
