Our 'professionals' and 'PHBs' are too short-sighted---they only care 
about the profit numbers for next quarter.  I was flying back to PA this 
past Sunday and saw a nice article in the US Airways magazine about Leo 
Hindery Jr. (read it here:  
http://www.usairwaysmag.com/corneroffice.asp).  I wish Corporate America 
would take his advice!
