It's that time of year again...
Next month I will riding in the MS Ride to the River, which is a two-day
cycling event to raise money for research to help cure Multiple Sclerosis. It
involves either a 71 or 100 mile ride on the first day, and then either a 39 or
59 mile return trip the following day. I haven't been training as hard as I
normally should, so I've just committed to the 71 and 39 mile rides, but I may
go for another century this year if I can get in the training rides between now
and then.
