Hi guys. I tried to arrange for upgrades from QBS (UK) but after arranging for my Aus friend and getting a quote, they now say it's a dead product, use lightswitch (won't happen). So that's why they never answered. Sorry about that but it looks like some companies are just unreliable. Al
