I am displaying pictures on a form. I am using .rotateflip to position
them correctly. Here is what I have found. A picture lying on its side
to the left rotated 90 degrees is now on its side to the right. If I
change rotateflip to 0 it puts the picture right side up (what I
originally wanted). There is something going on here that I don't
understand. Is there a way to display a picture right side up that is
dependable? I am using an image control by the way.
