There are a lot of ways to get access to a remote machine, as we keep
discussing here. You're going to need access to update and debug and
troubleshoot anyway.

I'd suggest you use the framework and tools you're familiar with. If those
require a DBC, then remote access becomes a requirement for the
application, not the other way around.

I always use a DBC. And a framework. But that's just me. I support clients
who have everything from ported FoxBASE apps to every framework you've ever
heard of (except FoxExpress, strangely) and home-grown 'frameworks.' The
home-grown ones are more expensive to the client, hands-down.

Let's talk "tabs versus spaces" next. We haven't done that go-round in a
long time :) Or which server is "best." :)
