Malcolm, I had a subscription to LearnNowOnline.com. It is an instructor led video. I never got through a full course.
I have a Pluralsight.com subscription now. They have a great mix of how the content is presented. I'm sure you can see their entire library to see if it interest you. You may be able to get two weeks of free access to it. Searching it has 4 videos that talk about AWS.
