Bear in mind that DOSBox is for games. The authors explicitly state that they do not support any non-game use. It is not that you can not use DOSBox with non-game programs -- I have used it to run WordStar 2000 -- but that if you have a problem with a non-game, they will do nothing.

     That stated, it worked fairly well for me with WordStar 2000.
