That function only came in with VFP 8 - there's no chance that you could
be running against VFP 6 DLLs at the point of failure is there? The fact
that it says REMOVEPROPERTY() doesn't exist is odd.

If you set a breakpoint just before, can you do the removeproperty via
the command window?
