Here someone has a simple application to throw a relay on-off based on a
temp probe reading.  I am considering doing likewise but having a data
table of various temps to hold for fermentation of my beer instead of
coming out daily to change my current control.

This is all done in python and pretty easy because it is a non complicated
system.  I have a friend who has done a few of these and after this work
death march is over we are making my new controller.  Data is on a little
flash memory card.
