I tweaked my setup yesterday due to getting an external keyboard for my laptop, which raised my wrist level about 1.5 inches. For some reason I can't figure out, to be comfortable I needed to raise my body by 4.5" (my standing desk is an old tall dresser, so I stand on however many 2x12 redwood slabs I need for comfort).
