We've got a specific client requirement to print some complex forms,
part from Tray1, with specialized pre-printed forms, and part from
Tray2. We've been messing with our printers in the office here to see
what would be needed.

Both Calvin's code and Tracy's (in the comments) show some good
techniques for deriving what the settings are.

FYI, note that these may be _workstation_ specific: my Win 8.1 machine
with an HP Printer Driver (from HP) has _different_ numbers for the
printer tray than my co-conspirator's Win 7 using HP's "Universal"
Printer Driver.
