Partial good news. I was able to create a new project file and add in
all of the files. I am now able to build either an APP or an EXE with
the files!
In regards to the corrupted PRGs and SCXs, I think there is either a bug
in ReFox or a bug in the original app the prevented the decompiling of
the APP. (As a side note, this Foxpro developer passed away back in
2004 and the company didn't have access to the latest of the source
code. Thus the decompiling.)
The company wanted to make a small adjustment that allows for looking up
orders that are now 6 digits long where the screen only allowed for 5
digits based on the mask. The want to fix some of their data before I
upsize it to a VFP9 version that was partially complete that I'm
currently upgrading. (As another side note, this VFP developer retired
due to health reasons back in 2009 and wasn't able to complete their
upgrade.)
I'd like to get a simple benchmark going for DosBox on Linux. It seems
quite peppy and was really easy to get going.
Thank you for everyone's help.

Hi Kevin,
No, there is no encryption option in FoxPro for DOS 2.6, so it did not exist in
FPD 2.0. It could be a bug in ReFox, but
it also could be that the developer only compiled the PRG once with the errors
or missing details, and never did a
Rebuild All before shipping the APP to reveal the problems in the code.
I hate to disagree, but I'm pretty sure there was encryption. Under
the Project Menu, Options, there is an [ ] Encrypt option for building
projects.
There's also a great article on it here:

Do you have the original Project file, or is this one of the missing items?
