Yes, like yourself - I know others who refuse to get onto Facebook. When it first came out - I didn't bother. Many people started jumping onto FB - and still I didn't bother. But, more folks started saying - why I'm not on it. So - finally I gave in.
Although for me and my plans w/3D Printing and bringing some of my product designs to the world via things like KickStarter (yeah - my last project failed - but, hopefully my next one won't) - Social Media like FB is actually kinda Crucial to running a KS campaign that actually succeeds! As for what you saw on FB re:MM - maybe you can't view it because you don't have a FB account.
