Hello, I've been attempting to hunt down an occasional issue with customers requiring us to disable IPv6 on a server. It looks like the HTTPGet functionality of the VFPConnection.fll doesn't support IPv6.
I have been using this to show a progress bar during file transfers. It is a web service that will update the local component from the local server component. I don't have access to the customers hardware to make anything special. As well as there is nearly 1000 customers using this module. Not a task for 5 support techs. It appears that the MSXML COM object is able to handle IPv6 without troubles. It doesn't allow me to get a progress, unless someone knows if the XMLDOMDocumentEvents interface can be wiggled in to it. Helpful suggestions welcomed.
