Sytze, Firstly get rid of the native Zebra drivers and install the drivers from Seagull Scientific. These drivers allow you to drive the printer at full speed with all the options available for printer control such as slew rate etc.

Check on the Seagull page that your Zebra is supported first. In my office I have 2 usb printers, a network printer on 192.168.1.25, as well as a shared printer on my sons's desktop It prints exactly as I would expect per the ini file. Sheesh folk.
