Hey Tracy, Thanks for your input. We compile EXE's strictly - for our users. And, I also test with an EXE.
Like yourself - the problem is strange. Since - when I run code to test for the problem - via the Command window - the problem does Not happen. Curious about the structure. I'm testing in a compiled EXE. Is this distributed as an FXP, Forms, Class Library external of an EXE, is in an APP that is launched by an EXE? At one time, I had launched a APP file compiled by VFP 8 from a VFP 6 compiled EXE. That caused some odd behaviors.
