There -are- label printers involved (installed, used for some processes) but I've added additional code to ensure that the label printer isn't selected just prior to committing the report to printer. And the same report will print fine if you just close and reopen the application.

We see this if the default printer is set to something like a label printer.
If some where your user is printing to a label printer, OR a printer that is
set as Landscape instead of Portrait, you may see this behavior.
