Little late on this, but I just spent 5 days in the hospital a bit unexpectedly.
As others said, not a particularly authoritative article, but have to agree with posters point that MS is stunningly un-forthcoming about making you sign agreements before giving you any clue about the content. This seems to me to be quite similar to the great addition of Bing search in Windows 7, which was somewhat later revealed to be primarily an ad sales engine, with the users agreeing in advance to the collection and use of all search and location history.
