Definitely do get rid of the McAfee protection ... and any other instances. In the last 3 weeks I have come across 3 machines (new and old) totally crippled by Mcafee Internet security to the extent that they couldn't even connect to ... it is complete rubbish and should be avoided at all costs.

OK - since are on the topic. I know some folks have said that when they get a laptop or PC from some manufacturers - that they get Bloatware on them pre-installed. Seems that's what I got on this New/Refurb HP laptop. Actually some crappy link on the desktop having to do with Walmart. WTF!?!? A Walmart link? I thought HP was more professional than that. Seems the next thing I must do is Uninstall the Bloatware! -----Original Message----- From: ProfoxTech [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Dave Crozier Sent: Monday, August 24, 2015 11:57 AM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [NF] Laptop Dying & a Cheap Replacement ASAP...
