Press the Windows button/click on the start button.
Type 'visual'.
When the icon appears right click and click on Open File Location.

Unfortunately the Windows 10 start menu is not as flexible (yet?) as
previous versions.
Previously you could copy/move the icon to the desktop direct from the
start menu.
