There are many of these types of utility (WinDirStat, Treesize) but the
one you want is WizTree which is free.

All the other apps of this type parse the entire disk tree which on a
big disk is slooooooow. WizTree parses the NTFS Master File Table and is
therefore fast. 

It did my 240GB C: drive in 2.36 seconds, for example.
