Yep. It's hard to go against MS. But I'd strongly advise that at the very least you get things switched over to Open Office. That's a first step. As people get confident with other-than-MS-software, it'll make it easier to switch in the future. Then there's that little issue of drastically reduced cost of the Office suite.
