If you're doing this on your own machine, where you have a lot of
control over what's installed and working, it's pretty easy to do. If
you're depending on other people's machines to be configured properly,
you run into a lot more issues, and I'd be more inclined to shell out
to the default media player, than to depend on a form with embedded
video controls.

Here's a sample that runs an .AVI. I suspect it might work with an MP4 also:

DO (HOME(2)+"Solution\Solution.App")

Select: ActiveX, ActiveX Controls, and the last option, Play an AVI
FIle in an ActiveX Control.
