To be honest - for the most part - I do NOT Trust the Unsubscribe buttons. I 
have heard from people in the past - that, when you get SPAM e-mail, its 
actually BAD to hit that Unsubscribe button - since it some way it confirms 
your e-mail account is good - and then you end up getting even MORE Spam.

I don't find it TOO annoying - it is on target.  As long as it only comes a few 
times a month, I probably won't write back and ask to be removed from the 
mailing list, I'll just keep hitting delete.
