Recently, a Twitter cited Gall's Law, which I was amazed I hadn't heard before:
Gall's Law: "A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked. A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work. You have to start over with a working simple system." – John Gall (1975, p.71) cite: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Gall_(author)#Gall.27s_law On Wed, Oct 28, 2015 at 10:30 AM, Alan Bourke <[email protected]> wrote: > > On Wed, 28 Oct 2015, at 02:27 PM, Kurt Wendt wrote: >> Hey Alan, > >> Although - gotta say - this should have been marked [NF].
