No worries, Kurt. One problem when trying out something new like this is of all the assumptions of the experienced people. :-) But I'm making slow, steady progress and have even contributed to the fixing of a handful of bugs in the adaptation tool. But like any re-platforming effort, it's never going to be quick and easy unless you're entire application is how to say "Hello, World".

Since people on the forum here are always tending to post on the humorous side - that's why I wasn't sure you were really doing the FoxInCloud stuff. I suspect it would take a learning curve - since, if I remember right - the code behind screens or something like that is either Java or JavaScript based. So - I imagine its not a straight conversion. I'm actually a bit intrigued by FoxInCloud - but, I know I won't be delving into it anytime soon - since I don't truly consultant on my own or have clients - re:database systems. And, as I mentioned - where I work now - they are moving away from VFP completely - so FoxInCloud will never be an option here. So - RK - I wish you the best of luck w/FoxInCloud! Even as we get old - its still a good idea to keep our brains active & learn New things!!! -K- -----Original Message----- From: ProfoxTech [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Richard Kaye Sent: Tuesday, November 03, 2015 2:52 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [NF] Its Deathly Quiet Around Here... Why - is Thierry not giving you any pointers??? I thought it was supposed to be an Easy conversion... Of course, where I work - VFP is definitely being phased out. -K- -----Original Message----- From: ProfoxTech [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Richard Kaye Sent: Tuesday, November 03, 2015 2:32 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [NF] Its Deathly Quiet Around Here...
