Jerry -- you've got to list all non-aggregate fields in your GROUP BY.
Example:
SELECT Field1, Field2, Field3, Field4, sum(Field5)
FROM YourTable
GROUP BY Field1, Field2, Field3, Field4
INTO CURSOR Results
