No need. They just have to untie the price of oil from dollar bills and
tie it to Euros. That's all it takes.
Anyway, commerce is a matter of trust. USA not paying would be a major
trust crisis. Besides USA owes some of this money to the Bush's and
Cheney's of the world (bonds), so I don't think the govt will dare.
