Well, another option is to import a Mercedes A110 from The Benelux, any
model from 1998 forward. Meets all standards for US Emissions in all 50
states.

There are other models that far exceed the standards, this is just one of
them.

OTOH, I am a fan of biodiesel, albeit produced on a mass scale, like the
site I mentioned a few BioDiesel replies back.  It's a 5 minute drive from
my father's house, will be online next season, and scheduling at least 25
x 10^6 gallons for next year.

I know, I know, you want to stick with cars made for the American Market,
but thats SOOOOOOOOOOOooo old fashioned.
