You have to be very careful around the area of authorised senders and blacklists when doing bulk sends. Hosted Exchange and Gmail have limitations like daily\hourly recipient and message rate limits, you can't change the 'reply to' address and stuff like that. Taking MailJet their free plan gives you 200 emails a day, their basic paid one is $7 a month and gives you 30,000 emails.
