I got around the "multiple coloured copies" when we moved over to laser printer
by printing a coloured band on the top of each copy identifying "customer
copy", "our copy" and "carriers copy".

It has worked really well and doesn't use up too much coloured ink supplies
either!

I love my Microline printer. It is great for program listings.

Graphics? Not so -- read as "very" -- good. Use the right tool for the
job. I have an HP Envy 5540 for that.
